Store Policy

All Clients must comply and agree to the waiver and policies when booking, if you have not signed an electronic or physical copy then we are unable to complete your services. 

 A valid credit card or debit card is required to secure your booking. It will be kept on file, we will not charge your card for any kind of deposit or holding fee, it will only be charged under the appropriate circumstances according to our cancellation policy.  

 If for any reason you have an outstanding fee, you must settle these charges before proceeding with future bookings. 

 Payment method can be securely added to your mind body profile or through NKD staff member  

 Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled start time.  

We prefer that all client confirm their appointment within 24 hours via an automated email sent to them through our MINDBODY System  

 WE NEED A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS’ NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING.  

 Late Arrival

We will do our best to accommodate your booking; however, completion of your services may not be guaranteed. If you are running late, please give us as much notice as possible.  

 If you arrive late to your appointment and the esthetician cannot complete any services resulting in the need to reschedule, you must pay $25 for the scheduled service booked, as this is less than 24 hours’ notice.  

 If an appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of $25 plus taxes will be charged for each service booked.  

 Appointments that are canceled or a show with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of $25 for each service booked. 

MEMBERS ONLY: If Members cancel, reschedule, or NO SHOW the services with less than 24 hours notice will  result in Charge a fee of $20 plus taxes
